Botany:
Chaulmoogra is a semi-deciduoustree that belongs to the Achariaceae family of the kingdom Plantae. It grows to the height of 10m. The bark of the tree is brown in color; leaves are simple and alternate in arrangement. The leaves are oblong to elliptical-oblongin shape. It bears greenish-white flowers that are attractive in appearance.
